Contact List Building in Specific Niche

Job Description:

Jeff Craven wanted to have a contact list in following criteria.
1. Spas (as in massage, facials, etc.)
2. Small Business Consultants
3. Learning Centers (as in tutoring and test preparation)
He wanted to have at least 100 contacts in each market. And he shared a Google Spreadsheet with me on which I have worked in. Also he told me to provide at least 30 contacts per day.

So I use different directories like Google Maps, Yelp, yellowpage etc to finds these business. Then I go to each and every website and had a look on the about us page to be sure about that it meets those criteria. Then I searched on the website and Linkedin as well as some paid B2B leads directories like Jigsaw/data.com and Zoominfo to find the Owner/president,CEO and their emails. The spreadsheet contains the following columns.

1. Company Name
2. First Name
3. Last Name
4. Title
5. Phone
6. Email (personal)
7. Location
8. Since
At the end he was very happy with the results. You can easily assume it by seeing his comment below.
